Driven by the commitment to accelerating the transition toward a clean energy future, the Tion Renewables Group (Previously: Pacifico Renewables Yield Group) invests into both infrastructure and businesses within the energy transition space. **In your role, you will**:

- Be responsible for and manage the recruitment process
- Support the HR department on topics related to the whole employee lifecycle
- Conceptualize performance feedback
- Support with improving the company's employee development strategy
- Develop, innovate and own the onboarding and offboarding processes
