What you’ll do
- Collaborate on various people operations tasks ranging from employment contracts to references
- Help organize our Welcome Day and onboarding for new employees
- Independent supervision of working students and interns
- Active usage of our HR tool: Workday
- Partial project responsibility in current HR department projects

**Profile**:

- Degree in Economics, Business, Social Sciences or Psychology with a focus on Human Resources
- Ideally, with some HR or People Department knowledge or experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products
- Fluent German and English

In addition, you have
- Strong communication skills and self-confidence
- Organizational talent and motivation
- You enjoy working independently and responsibly
