**More about the role**
Our operations team is looking for a Operation Specialist colleague for the DACH and CEE market, with an interest in the field of electric mobility and customer service. You will work with our external service partners to ensure the operational availability of our charging infrastructure. Thus, you have an immediate impact on increasing and maintaining our customer satisfaction. Based at our headquarters in Berlin or in our Office in Düsseldorf, this role offers the possibility of hybrid working.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our charging infrastructure.
- Contributing to solving technical issues related to our charging solutions.
- Providing administrative support for our maintenance process.
- Assisting external technicians remotely to help resolve issues.
- Managing and addressing customer Requests with care and attention.
- Regular communication with the central operations team in Arnhem (Netherlands).
- Proposing and implementing improvements in daily operations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

- You have a technical aptitude; a degree in electrical engineering is a plus.
- You can multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You have experience in back-office support/customer service.
- You possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- You are fluent in German and have a good command of spoken and written English.
- You have an open-minded, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
