I am looking to speak to customer service professionals looking for a new job opportunity with a multinational medical device company.
**Role: Customer Service Representative - German Speaking**
In this role, you will provide an excellent customer service and work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives
handling all customer service-related activities.
**Responsibilities and tasks**
- Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
**Skills and Competencies**
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in customer support or order management role
- Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience in accounts receivable tasks
- Ideally you have a degree in business or business administration or a professional credit management qualification
- Ideally you have used SAP before
**Salary and Benefits**
- Annual salary depending on experience - range between €2900 and €3300 per month
- Corporate pensione plan (fully paid for by the company)

- Working from home a couple of days a week after the initial training and onboarding period

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday office working hours, flexi time between 8am and 6pm
**Location**: Friedrichsdorf (Hesse), 20km north of Frankfurt
