Then read on (CV is enough) The team is looking forward to meeting you This role can be performed completely remotely and in our Munich office and Berlin co-working space. #LI-Remote #LI-Hybrid - supporting us in scaling an innovative kids product. - contributing in a fast-growing start-up environment. - cooperating closely with an interdisciplinary team. - your heart beats for BI and Tableau. **Your mission at EDURINO**: - Establish and lead the Business Intelligence department from the ground up, including recruiting and mentoring a team of BI analysts. - Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with EDURINO’s business goals and focus on the gaming industry. - Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data across various platforms, ensuring data integrity and security. - Design and deliver insightful BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making across the organization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored BI solutions. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth. - Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our BI capabilities. **It is a match if you**: - Have several years of experience in Business Intelligence in a fast-growing environment or startup and a background in Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field. - Possess a deep understanding of business processes and operations to derive hypotheses from generated data. - Have solid knowledge in data modeling, database design, and ETL processes. - Are experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. - Have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical methods. - Possess excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus - Exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented work style and can thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. - Have experience in the gaming industry or a strong affinity for games (highly preferred). **Starting date**: as soon as possible **About us**: **What we believe in** We believe that, in addition to hiring the best talent, **a diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures leads to the creation of better products.** We hire people who are passionate about the product and team, and we favor ability and willingness to learn over experience.
