**Tasks & responsibilities**:
As Senior Clinical Development Operations Lead, you will be accountable for strategic and operational program execution excellence, planning, oversight, and delivery of clinical programs/trials from phase I until New Drug Application.

To this end, you will advise asset evidence teams on clinical program execution excellence scenarios, including eligibility criteria, endpoints, digital interventions, study design and operational strategy.

You will closely collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth phase transitions. This includes providing input to various documents, e.g., asset evidence plans and Trial Design Outline (TDO), and a robust sourcing strategy.

Moreover, you will be responsible for companion device/biomarker development execution strategies and to leverage digital innovation to drive Medicine Excellence goals.

You take over a cluster of assets under same indications or MoA or under high priority for BI especially pivotal setting. This includes strategic leadership across multiple assets in driving synergies on efficiency and cost

You take a lead role in chairing operational steering committees, academic partnerships and cooperative groups. You present in conferences and contribute to publication plan.

**Requirements**:
MD/Ph.D. in life sciences, medicine, natural science, or related field. Alternatively, graduate degree with long-term professional experience in clinical development and operations (Inflammation, Oncology, Cardio Metabolism or CNS/Psychiatry)

Extensive experience in clinical drug development, program planning and execution managing complex assets or cluster of assets

Senior leadership experienced mindset with ability to lead by example, attract and develop talent as well as creating a culture of collaboration with senior stakeholders as well as outside of organizational boundaries

Ability to actively engage with customers, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

Commitment to high ethical standards and desire to transform lives of patients with unmet needs

Proven track record on overseeing and running global clinical programs managing complex assets or cluster of assets

Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
