**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- In your new role, you will be responsible for the medical affairs strategy for a distinct sub-set of assets and/or indications.- In close collaboration with the (A)HoM and the cross-functional groups, you provide medical and scientific strategic leadership for the assets within your area of responsibility.- You make sure that your team utilizes recent scientific developments and best practices in their clinical development and medical affairs approaches.- Additionally, you advise and develop your team to prepare relevant deliverables (e.g. asset evidence plan, scientific platform, publication strategies etc.) to the highest standards and have them presented for approval of relevant internal committees.- As experienced team leader, you establish, and maintain adequate standards for the personal development, communication, interface definition and processes of your team.- You support the (A)HoM with individually documented delegation of responsibilities including representation of TA Medicine in various internal and external committees.- Utilizing your experience, you lead initiatives that may impact multiple assets and are the key global contact for major OPUs regarding these assets.

**Requirements**:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or PhD with extensive clinical and scientific experience in TA Oncology and previous experience in medical affairs- Expertise in oncology medical affairs preferably with a focus on targeted and/or immuno-oncological treatments- Experience in working with, external expert community, international societies and other relevant international stakeholders- Sound medical and scientific leadership to drive high-priority projects in collaboration with global matrix teams, regional counterparts and external partners- Excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills- Advanced Management and leadership skills- Excellent communication skills in English paired with cross functional collaboration skills to work in virtual teams and influence in matrix environment
