**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition.
You will have the possibility to join a fast growing start-up and to build your own team.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Take ownership of projects and drive full cycle talent acquisition
- Hire and build cohesive and high-performing teams, primarily in technology, engineering, marketing, founders team, operations, and data
- Build your own team
- Train and coach managers on hiring and interviewing best practices
- Propose improvement opportunities and implement them
- Track, analyze, and report regularly on your own recruiting budget and KPIs
- Take various initiatives to build recruiting culture (e.g. employer branding, employee referrals, etc.)

**Base Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting and sourcing in a similar environment at multiple levels and with different profiles
- Recruiting experience in product, engineering, or analytics
- Fluent in German & English
- Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
- Ability to execute challenging recruiting projects on time
- Startup mentality and a willingness to deliver great results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and a positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to listen and a high level of empathy for people's needs, wants, and suggestions

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Deep knowledge of sourcing methods and tools (Boolean deep internet search, tapping into social networks of technical specialists and companies) and other unique methods
- Already worked with Personio
