Aufgaben

The Operations Lead South is responsible for the onboarding of new partner kitchens and manages the day to day operations of kitchen partners. This role ensures that our internal guidelines are being executed by all our partners. You will be on the road visiting partners and making sure that the quality of our food brands is at the highest level.
- Lead, coach and empower partner kitchens: As a lead, you will coach partners and work with them to ensure the highest level of quality and to achieve the maximum level of output.
- Get results and be accountable: You will analyse data from delivery platforms to evaluate the partner kitchens performance and to identify patterns, problems and solutions.
- Execute operational playbooks: As part of the operations team you will implement and improve operational processes in the kitchen and outside of the kitchen.
- Build relationships: You will be the point of contact for partner kitchens and need to lead them by example and support them in resolving challenging situations.
- Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.

Qualifikation
- Have a valid driving license.
- Are fluent in English and German.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have strong project management and prioritisation skills.
- Have experience in the kitchen or the gastronomy industry.
- Are able to travel on short notice and can work on the weekends.
- Have a business background or first hand business experience.
- Are advanced in Google Suite and can quickly learn new software or apps.
- Understand what it takes to encourage and drive a team to reach their goals.
