As our **Head of Production (f/m/d)**, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are produced fresh, on time, and to the highest standards every day - for our stores, partners, and customers.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Leadership & Team Development**: Lead and develop our central production team in Berlin, fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and motivation.
- **Production Planning & Control**: Oversee daily production operations - from mise-en-place to logistics - serving our stores and B2B partners.
- **Quality & Hygiene**: Ensure compliance with our high standards (e.g., HACCP, IFS, sustainability) and continuously optimize quality and hygiene protocols.
- **Cost & Process Optimization**: Analyze KPIs, improve processes, and ensure efficient use of resources (labor, time, ingredients).
- **Growth & Innovation**: Support the scaling of our production and collaborate closely with R&D, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations to develop new solutions and products.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Serve as the key interface between Production, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Management.

**Your Profile**
- Several years of experience in food production or gastronomy, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of operational workflows in professional kitchens or system gastronomy
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (e.g. HACCP)
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams
