We're building the leading tech-enabled health & performance brand in Switzerland and will expand across Europe and into women's health starting 2026.

Your role

We are looking for the chief architect of our creative engine that powers all our ads and organic content. A marketer who builds and oversees the full creative production process needed to scale from 3k to 30k active patients in the next 2 years. Your mission is to build and lead a scalable, high-performing creative production engine that drives growth across all paid channels and allows us to deliver on our growth ambitions.

About you

You are interested in the human mind - what motivates people and drives their actions. You are a relentless optimizer that loves testing creative ideas to find ever-improving winning angles. You are structured in your work and love building systems that make production work manageable and scalable. And most importantly, you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment because moving slow is just not as exciting.

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a scalable creative production engine, owning the full workflow from ideation and briefing to production, testing, and iteration
  • Own creative strategy end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Native, and UGC, covering all funnel stages
  • Design and run operational processes that make creative production reliable, scalable, and sustainable over time
  • Drive creative performance, translating customer insights and data into concepts that improve CTR, CAC, and conversion

Need to have

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, creative production
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology and platform dynamics (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Experience leading creators, editors, and designers and overseeing end-to-end creative production (briefing → delivery → iteration)
  • Strong performance mindset with hands-on experience improving CTR, CAC, CRs
  • Exceptional ideation skills
  • Strong creative judgment and taste, with the ability to balance performance and brand tone
  • Fluent in German and English
