- Funktionelle und disziplinarische Leitung der CCC- und SA-Teams in der Region
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Supply Chain-Organisation
- Vertretung der Supply Chain für die DACH-Region innerhalb der TSG-Gruppe und gegenüber dem Kunden, Aktive Teilnahme an Kundenbesprechungen
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferung für S&T und ES
- Implementierung relevanter Supply Chain KPIs, um die Leistung zu verfolgen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von OTD/TAT zu definieren
- Management und Planung der Lagerbestände mit den Produktionseinheiten
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Supply Chain
- und Logistikkonzepten zur Unterstützung des Vertriebs und der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Einführung von Prozessen und Werkzeugen für die Lieferkette
- Verwaltung und Implementierung der Materialplanungs-/Direktbeschaffungsaktivitäten
- Verantwortung für die finanziellen Ergebnisse und KPI-Erreichung im Customer Care
