**About The Role**:
You will be part of our Product Design team in a creative and a collaborative environment dedicated to design and user experience within the Product team. Your role will be to facilitate and organise user research within the product team. You will have to opportunity to conduct research in several European markets and help the team scale their current user research practices.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Work closely with the product teams to identify research questions, design and execute on various research methods, identifying the best methodology and executing within timeline and project requirements.
- Responsible for planning, recruiting and moderating research for both generative and evaluative research.
- Leverage user interviews, surveys, user testing sessions, focus groups, A/B Testing, benchmarking and other qualitative research activities to deepen our understanding of our users.
- Lead user panels with retailers and brands.
- Centralise customer insights (study reports, video recordings, verbatims, etc.) and build out our insights repository.
- Take the lead in building our UX Research practice in collaboration with the head of product design: tools, workflows, best-practices and our insights repository.

**Who You Are**:

- 5+ years as a hands-on user researcher.
- You are a native German speaker or fluent in German.
- You have experience in a research role in fast-paced environments such as start-ups, scale-ups or creative agencies.
- Are particularly good at designing and executing research plans thanks to your strong time-management, organisation and ownership qualities.
- An expert at conducting interviews that produce unbiased results and facilitating user testing sessions or workshops.
- You are excellent at rapidly providing actionable insights to various teams and stakeholders.
