Tasks
- Planning and creating social media content for We Are Era's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
- Writing texts for internal and external communication purposes, incl. research and coordination
- Supporting with the planning of internal and external events such as cross-team activities or talent gatherings

**Requirements**:

- You are studying in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a similar field
- You possess good oral and written language skills in German as well as in English, additional language skills are a plus
- You consider yourself a social media maniac: You know the latest TikTok trends before they hit Insta Reels
- You have a proactive mindset and burn for your ideas
- Basic knowledge of content management tools and graphic design software are a plus
