Paid Internship Social Media Marketing

You'll be joining a newly formed Brand Team at L-Complex to build brand awareness and ensure growth across our target audience on the German and wider European markets. This role will work together with our Brand Director and Content Manager to expand and manage our network of brand advocates.

Customers and influencers love L-Complex, a holistic natural remedy brand that inspires women to live better. We’re looking for someone with a positive go-getting personality and a keen interest in social media and influencers.

Aufgaben
- Assist the Brand team with the influencer marketing programme on the German and European markets as well as help develop a strategy that help in achieving our goals
- Manage micro-influencer campaigns and assist our agency with managing macro influencers
- Order products for influencer gifting programmes and collaborations with influencers to ensure timely delivery and product satisfaction to lead to best possible results
- Analyse the success and learnings from each project and manage the content watch
- Grow the current database of brand advocates
- Research influencers and identify areas for growth
- Manage operational task as send out product, campaign imagery
- Manage logistics including booking transport and carriers
- Work with Brand team to help with logistics and set up for PR & Influence events

Qualifikation
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- Persuasive and empathetic
- Solution orientated and unafraid to try new ways of doing things
- Passionate about content marketing and creativity; good understanding of the power of content and creativity to drive consumer behaviour
- Embedded in Millennial and Gen Z behaviours and attitudes
- Passion for our brand
- Excellent German and good English levels
