**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
Internal Audit is an independent function that supports Trade Republic in achieving its strategic, operational, financial and compliance objectives. The mission of Internal Audit is to enhance and protect Trade Republic's value and success by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advice and insight. We do this by assessing key processes as well as governance, risk management and the control environment within all business teams and functions. We report directly to the Management Body of Trade Republic.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly audit reports for Trade Republic management
- Coordinate the Follow up of findings raised in previous audits; monitor the remediation status information provided by the action owners in the business
- Support Internal Audit related projects, such as the development of audit specific analyses to further improve audit results and automate audit procedures in close collaboration with all Internal Audit team members
- Successfully collaborate within Trade Republic's Internal Audit team, e.g. supporting in conduction of audits, respective documentation and further development of audit related tools

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent and you have ideally an interest in financial products
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- You are an outstanding team-player, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, organize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously in a hyper-growth environment
- You have an excellent way of working both independently and within a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English, ease to communicate with stakeholders, both internally and externally
