Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a **Regional Team Lead** to be based in our **Düsseldorf, Germany office.**
We are looking for an ambitious, organized and results-driven professional who is looking for the opportunity to combine their sales, marketing, and leadership skills into a growing office. As a Team Lead, you will manage your team like a small business and will be involved in all facets of its success, including strategy development, sales and marketing, goal setting, and staff management. The role will report to the Country Product Manager.
**The role**
- Planning, coordination and development of sales & marketing activities including lead generation strategies (online & offline) and CRM drive
- Leadership and development of sales staff including recruitment, training plan, tracking of achievement, performance reviews
- Achievement of sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Management of quality control and customer service via contact with US operations
**Qualifications**
- Sales Management experience
- 3-5 years’ work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions
- Strong business insight and commercial instinct
- Tested leadership ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full proficiency in German and English (C1/C2)
- Ability to prioritize and be efficient - meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
