Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Arden University, a leader in innovative and accessible higher education, is seeking three dedicated Student Support Officers for our Berlin Campus. This is your chance to be part of a pioneering institution that champions lifelong learning.

**Your Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for student enquiries and support.
- Provide innovative and customised solutions to student issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer care by going above and beyond in every interaction.

**About You**:

- Extensive experience in customer service, ideally in a student-facing role.
- Strong passion for helping others succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in administration and IT literacy.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.

You will be required to work on campus 5 days a week between Monday to Friday.
