Wir bei Future Demand entwickeln eine innovative SaaS-Plattform für datengetriebenes Marketing und Demand-Forecasting. Unsere Lösung unterstützt vor allem kleine und mittlere Unternehmen, ihre Vertriebs
- und Marketingprozesse intelligenter zu planen und so Wachstum zu beschleunigen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Customer Success Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Working Student - Customer Support (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund: innen sein: Du bearbeitest Anfragen via E-Mail und telefonisch.
- Schnelle Lösungen liefern: Du triagierst eingehende Tickets, beantwortest Standardfragen selbstständig und leitest komplexe Fälle an die entsprechenden Expert: innen weiter.
- Dokumentation und Wissensmanagement: Du pflegst unsere interne Wissensdatenbank (Confluence) und schlägst Verbesserungen vor, um den Support-Prozess zu optimieren.
- Technische Unterstützung: Du führst einfache Fehlerdiagnosen durch (z. B. Screensharing, Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen) und setzt kleine Konfigurationen im Kundensystem um.
- Feedback-Channel: Du sammelst kontinuierlich Nutzerfeedback und arbeitest eng mit Product Management und Development zusammen, um unsere Plattform stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Aktuell immatrikuliert an einer Hochschule (Mindestens ein Jahr Studienrestlaufzeit)
- Sprachgewandt: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und auch auf Englisch.
- Kundenorientiert: Du hast Spaß daran, Nutzer: innen weiterzuhelfen und reagierst empathisch sowie lösungsorientiert.
- Tech-Affinität: Du bist neugierig auf neue Tools (z. B. HubSpot, Jira) und lernst schnell neue Software kennen.
- Strukturiert: Du behältst in hektischen Phasen den Überblick und dokumentierst deine Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig.
- Teamplayer: Du arbeitest gern eng im Team, übernimmst aber auch selbstständig Verantwortung. Erste Erfahrungen im Customer Support oder Help-Desk sind ein Plus.
