**Senior Product Owner**

This is a remote role but you are welcome to join us at our Munich office

**What you will do**
- Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from early concepts to implementation, ensuring the team consistently delivers valuable outcomes to customer
- Ensure there is always a meaningful offer available to the customer, by maintaining a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with the Product Manager, who defines the product roadmap and business priorities translating these into actionable plans for your scrum team
- Act as a delivery leader for your team, developing realistic plans based on capacity, clear prioritization, and defined milestones
- Manage cross-team dependencies in coordination with other Product Owners, supporting timely delivery and alignment across multiple teams
- Track progress and surface risks early, using agile frameworks and appropriate tools to ensure transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement

**What you will need**
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level software as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of meeting customer needs in time and quality in a scaled agile setup with several scrum teams
- Background in SW development, either Embedded or Mobile. Solid understanding of Agile principles and proven strong methodological experience
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to lead 9-10-member cross-functional teams and peers with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable taking decisions especially in ambiguous scenarios and working autonomously in a remote environment

Nice to have:

- Coming from an Embedded, IoT, Wearable industry or a comparable business area
- Coming from the audio industry is a big plus
- Background in AI, Machine Learning or related fields
- If you have worked in a start-up, being a (failed or successful) entrepreneur or have a side-hustle we are even more excited to meet you
