ABOUT THIS ROLE

The position is open through a 24 months contract.

As a Outbound Coordinator, Marketing Operations EU, you will...
- Work with marketers to improve project process and projects themselves through recommendations based on what you’ve seen work well before.
- Advocate for personalisation across all customer touch-points using internal and external (i.e. Movable Ink) technology
- Help identify opportunities for efficiency by automating whatever can be automated
- Monitor the performance of customer journeys and make recommendations to improve upon them
- Provide general support of our daily business

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Online Marketing and Customer Relationship Management
- Experience with customer segmentation and creating target segments
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications
- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML.
- Experience in implementing - Movable Ink personalization capabilities
- German and/or French and/or Italian and/or Spanish language skills
