The company now seeks to elevate its product portfolio by moving toward a more premium, lifestyle-oriented positioning through enhancing their product and brand identity. For this reason we are currently searching for a Brand & Product Concept Specialist (M/F/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Develop and define product and brand concepts based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Create compelling storytelling and positioning for individual products and elevate the overall brand in the premium segment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and gaps in the market
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life
- Support the launch of new products or the rebranding of existing ones for the high-end market
- Contribute to product portfolio planning as well as long-term brand positioning

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Multiple years of experience in product planning, brand development, or marketing within the consumer goods, lifestyle, or retail industry
- Proven ability to create and develop product and brand concepts based on consumer insights and market research
- Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and experience working on lifestyle-driven product strategies
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as design, marketing, sales, or supply chain
- Business-fluent in English; additional languages such as German or Japanese are a plus
