**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Umfassende nationale und internationale Intellectual Property (IP)-seitige Beratung für die gesamte Knorr-Bremse Gruppe
- Rechtliche und strategische Beratung der Gruppe beim Kreieren und Nutzen von Schutzrechten, insbesondere Marken; Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von entsprechenden IP-Strategien
- Markenrecht: Marken-Prosecution (Anmelde-, Nachanmeldeverfahren; Widerspruchsverfahren); Durchführung von Kennzeichen
- und Markenrecherchen auf Identität und Ähnlichkeit; Marken-/ Wettbewerber-Überwachung und Beratung zur Markenpflege
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Anti-Produktpiraterie Strategien / Brand Protection
- Contracting: rechtliche Beratung zu und Gestaltung von Verträgen mit IP-Bezug, insbesondere Geheimhaltungs-, Lizenz-, Know-How
- und Entwicklungsverträgen sowie Koexistenz
- und Abgrenzungsvereinbarungen; Unterstützung bei Ausbau der Lizenzstruktur
- Litigation (Berechtigungsanfragen, Abmahnungen, Löschungsverfahren, Verletzungsverfahren, einstweiliger Rechtsschutz): Außergerichtliche sowie gerichtliche Durchsetzung und Abwehr von Ansprüchen auf Unterlassung, Auskunft, Vernichtung, Schadensersatz und Kostenerstattung
- IP-seitige Unterstützung bei M&A-Projekten

**IHR PROFIL**
- Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen oder einer internationalen Kanzlei
- Volljurist (Prädikat erwünscht) oder vergleichbarer ausländischer Abschluss; LL.M. oder Promotion von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz erwünscht
- Fließende Deutsch - und Englischkenntnisse
- Verständnis wirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, Freude an Verantwortung, Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
