Job ID: 32167- Location: München, DE, 80687Als IP Legal Counsel (m/w/d) sind Sie Teil der Abteilung Intellectual Property eines international tätigen, börsennotierten Unternehmens.
**Ihre neuen Herausforderungen**:
- Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Konzerngesellschaften zu Lieferverträgen mit technischen Lizenzanteilen sowie Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsverträgen
- Beratung der technischen Produktbereiche in allgemeinen Fragen des Gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes
- Unterstützung der Zentralabteilung Communications in täglichen Fragen des Soft-IP - wie etwa bei der rechtlichen Konzeption von Produkt
- und Werbeaussagen sowie Werbekampagnen über alle Medien, national wie international
- Unterstützung bei der rechtlichen Betreuung des Markenportfolios, insbesondere Betreuung von Widerspruchsverfahren vor den nationalen und internationalen Markenämtern und Betreuung von Zivilgerichtsverfahren
- Begleitung von IP-Themen in M&A-Transaktionen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Volljurist (m/w/d) mit abgeschlossenem Ersten und Zweiten Staatsexamen
- Fachanwaltsausbildung ‚Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz‘ wünschenswert
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Vertragsrecht in einer führenden Anwaltskanzlei oder in einer Konzernrechtsabteilung
- Interesse an und Affinität für technische(n) Themen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Internationale Erfahrungen wünschenswert, wie zum Beispiel im Rahmen eines Auslandsstudiums oder einer Auslandswahlstation im Referendariat
- Eine selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie hohe Lernmotivation und die Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue und spezielle Aufgaben einzuarbeiten
