**Job Description**:
The Head of People Systems is the owner of the ERP, HCM and Identity platforms and processes for Aviv and its entities.
The main responsibilities for this role are:

- Implementation of Workday HCM and ERP including integration of ERP to current CRM platforms within the group
- Coordination and running of an ETL where appropriate
- Implementation of a cradle to grave Identity management system including Single Sign On, Lifecycle management (LCM), Adaptive MFA, Auditing and role management
- Build and run a team of HCM, ERP and Identity professionals across all locations within the Aviv group, working closely with the Head of Infrastructure, Head of Application Management, Head of Application Management and the CISO office to ensure a seamless and secure technology experience
- Ensuring all SaaS platforms are integrated with the SSO provider for SSO and LCM
- Implementation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework in cooperation with the office of the CISO

**Qualifications**:

- You have proven experience in implementing Workday in a multi-country
environment and bring knowledge and passion for implementation and
operation of ERP and HCM platforms.
- You are familiar with Identity Management and its integration with HCM systems and the relevant benefits and pitfalls of such projects.
- Automation and great employee experience excite you and you are able to hit the ground running in environments with constant change.
- Proven servant leadership and the ability to deal well with large amounts of change at a rapid pace are the cornerstones of any leadership position at Aviv - you are able to live this within your teams, especially in any leaders reporting to you.
