YOUR JOB PROFILE
- Promote supply chains by reducing costs, defects and lead times.
- Managing inventory in the fullfilment centre
- Expanding the product portfolio by introducing new products and optimising product visibility
- Planning and implementing promotional activities
- Improvement of the customer journey through the preparation of content on the detail pages
- Advising suppliers on process optimisation and operational excellence by reducing defects and shortening delivery times
- To ensure that the Client's service meets and exceeds our customer expectations with full and total visibility and control of all orders.
- Ensure all responsibilities and activities are managed in accordance with established service levels, KPI's and SOPS's and is within Revenue & Cost parameters.
- Ensure that all associated administrative requirements are complete and accurate. Proactively support and contribute to the achievement of Departmental, and regional goals and objectives.
- End-to-end-Visibility - visibility across the supply chain, including suppliers, transportation carriers & third-party logistics.
- Collaborative information sharing - share information and collaborate in real-time.Anticipate and resolve supply chain issues before they disrupt the client's business, informing management of potential bottlenecks
- Predictive and prescriptive decision -support - using predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Inside Sales includes but is not limited to quotations, order entry, CRM updates, delivery issues and complaints etc. Build & develop relationships with Rahi EMEA sales and operational teams to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Leads - take responsibility for lead qualification. Liaise with customer, engineering and or sales to find a suitable product offering for customer request. Create opportunity in CRM and be fully responsible from the lead creation, quotation, order right through to product delivery.
- Work in team with Sales Managers to become knowledgeable of client’s end market, competitive situation, and growth drivers to co-create the best possible alignment between client’s needs and Rahi's capabilities. This will include setting the right expectations regarding process improvements, logistic services, or any other requirements.

YOUR QUALIFICATION PROFILE

Successfully completed university studies, preferably in engineering or business administration

First professional experience in marketing, sales, purchasing or consulting

Very good knowledge of German and English

Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)

Do they need ERP system knowledge - e.g Netsuite, SAP Oracle

Analytical skills and a strong business sense

Strong communication skills

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

- Erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb, Einkauf oder Beratung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Programmen (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn
