We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional that is interested to join RCS as a paid Intern who is interested in developing into a responsible sourcing specialist. Ideally we are looking for a commitment of 6 months.

**As an Intern you will be highly focused on**:
Data Analysis
- There will be a deep involvement and engagement at a micro level with data and information
- Will complete second step of review of data provided
- Will develop and create data visualisations (i.e. creating charts and graphs)
- Clean up and translation of data (at least till automation is fully functional)
- Help to translate datasets into business-oriented findings, insights and implications
- Assist the team by automating regular reporting, tasks, and processes

Onboarding and training
- Intern will assist the PM on content research and gathering to improve the onboarding of new employees
- Contribute to development of ongoing training for field agents

**Your Profile**:
Enrolled or graduated in engineering, business administration, economics, international relations, law or other analytical studies (e.g. mathematics) with a great focus on data analysis.
