You feel comfortable in an international environment and speak German and English fluently and preferably another language? Does the interface between financial and insurance services, international customers and the corporate businesses sound appealing and full of opportunities? Then we would like to get to know you.

**Your Tasks**

Strategic marketing
- You are in charge of developing Fintiba's overall marketing campaigns

Direct customer communication:

- You are comfortable delivering webinars and/or live sessions on various social media platforms

Influencer & Referral marketing:

- You are in charge of and further develop our customer referral programme
- You oversee our influencer marketing activities and take care of finding and contracting new relevant creators globally

Performance marketing:

- You supervise our agency for SEA marketing campaigns on Google, Meta and Bing
- You set up new and optimize existing campaigns in META via the Meta Business Manager
- You allocate advertising budgets and monitor campaign results on a weekly to monthly basis

Content marketing:

- You support us in content marketing with the creation of a content calendar
- You are comfortable using content creation tools such as e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop, and video editing such as CapCut to design visual and video content
- You monitor the growth of our existing social media accounts, evaluate the potential to expand our presence across other channels and take care of our communities
- You maintain our Blog and are comfortable working on Wordpress

Projects:

- You work in cross-functional projects on strategic topics related to marketing

**Requirements**:

- You have already minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area of digital marketing
- You have a deep understanding of the Google Tag manager and Google Analytics and data-driven marketing)
- You are familiar with various online marketing tools (e.g. Analytics, Adwords, Meta Business Manager, Wordpress, Hubspot, etc.)
- You are also interested in the technical and analytical side of marketing
- You have experience with working in agile teams
- You can express yourself well both orally and in writing and enjoy writing marketing texts in English and German
- Your heart beats for international exchange and diversity

We offer an international, professional and diverse working environment in an exciting industry. An attractive salary with regular bonus payments and 30 days of vacation per calendar year await you. A monthly mobility allowance of 50. EUR net, an annual training budget of 600. EUR net, an annual vacation budget of 150. You can work up to 40% of your weekly working hours on a mobile basis within Germany.
