You do not lose track of several orders at the same time and thus ensure completely satisfied guests. **What are your responsibilities are...** You take room service orders professionally over the phone or via our chat function You will correctly bill the orders You prepare the room service trays and trolleys and bring the ordered food & beverages to the guest rooms You serve the food & beverages in the room and are polite and attentive You will also serve upon request and collect the used trays later on You prepare the mise en place for the next day so that nothing is missing.
