We are seeking an experienced and visionary **VP Product (f/m/x)** to turn Formo’s mission and strategy into a world-class portfolio of innovative, scalable & delicious products. Reporting to the **C-level**, you will lead the product function and oversee the full innovation funnel, from white-space opportunity mapping to MVP development, validation, scale-up, and market introduction.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Lead the Innovation Funnel**:From early-stage exploration through product launch and scale-up, ensure a structured, insights-driven innovation pipeline
- ** Co-lead go-to-market** with Marketing & Sales, from packaging through retailer sell-in
- ** Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Translate company strategy into a clear, actionable product roadmap aligned with business and scientific priorities
- ** Institutionalise consumer research**, sensory testing, and data dashboards, including establishing a consumer testing pipeline
- ** Cross-Functional Leadership**:Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Fundraising to align product strategy with company goals by consolidating a Product Management Council
- ** Portfolio Management**:Own the product portfolio, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and performance tracking across projects
- ** Build & Lead the Product Team**:Grow and mentor a high-performing product management function; currently rebuilding and refocusing the PM discipline
- ** Turn Tech into Product**:Translate scientific capabilities into viable product concepts with clear customer value
- ** P/L responsibility**:Aligns margin, pricing, and volume targets with company strategy
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, ideally across both startup and established environments
- You bring a relevant network that you can activate quickly to bring relevant knowledge and capabilities to the organisation
- Proven experience developing, launching, and scaling refrigerated food products (chilled CPG, dairy, or alt-protein strongly preferred)
- Background in foodtech, biotech, deeptech, or a related innovation-driven industry
- Strong strategic thinking and operational rigor with exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and disrupting legacy industries
- This is a full-time, Berlin-based role. Fluency in German is required
