**Your new role**:
Are you a data-driven product leader who is committed to driving growth through identifying market opportunities? Do you have experience in B2B SaaS, and creating exceptional product experiences for customers? If so, we are looking for you

Our B2B SaaS startup Cosuno is seeking a VP Product to lead our product strategy and drive growth. As our VP Product, you will lead a talented product organization and work closely with cross-functional teams. Your goal is to understand our customers to deliver products that solve our customer's needs.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define the product strategy and roadmap that maximizes contribution to our short and long-term company goals (eg. ARR growth). Break those goals down into smaller milestones and set KPIs accordingly to track progress
- Lead the product team, hire and develop team members and manage cross-functional collaboration
- Conduct user research and discovery to drive costumer-centric product delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand the commercial market environment and translate your learnings into product and tech requirements
- Communicate the product vision and progress to stakeholders across the organization

**Your skills**:

- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products with exposure to enterprise markets is essential
- Experience in defining a product strategy and breaking it down into an actionable roadmap
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies, product design, and user research
- Clear knowledge of relevant Product KPIs and their prioritization
- Great stakeholder management skills and knowledge of best cases of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen, taking commercial market requirements into account and translating them to requirements for Product and Tech
- Completed university degree
