**Your mission**:
JustPlay is looking for a VP of Growth to join our Leadership team. You have the unique opportunity to join an already thriving business and will focus on bringing the user acquisition for our JustPlay app to the next level. We already spend 8 digits annually on our growth and have scaled our unique loyalty platform to half a million Daily Active Users in the US. You will work closely with our CEO and the other founders (ex AppLovin) on a highly strategic role to make our products an even bigger hit.
We consider ourselves quite savvy and think this is a role where anybody joining can learn a ton - both in terms of technology as well modern user acquisition. Naturally therefore we’re looking for somebody who can complement our lean and mean operation.

**Responsibilities**:
- You will lead our User Acquisition and marketing creative team and be the driving force behind all growth strategies (and supporting the team executing them) that combine the usual paid UA channels, while exploring other less orthodox approaches at the same time (CTV, referrals, influencers, etc)
- You work closely with Product, Data Analysis, and creative as well as external agencies to drive full funnel marketing strategies
- Data is at the core of our business. Our budgets are never capped when the data is right. You’ll be in the driving seat
- You’re not above getting your hands dirty, diving deep into the campaigns
- You will take initiative and will use your and our growth playbook to drive efficiency (ROAS, etc), measure the performance of our initiatives and adjust them accordingly to achieve our goals
- We’re an ad revenue driven business model. We hope you can help navigate the inherent fluctuations of the ad market when benchmarking and modelling our growth
**The experience we hope you bring to JustPlay**:
- You have 6-10 years of work experience and a successful track record in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing and app growth
- You have solid leadership skills when it comes to growth & performance marketing of a major app or mobile game, ideally you have already played a major role in scaling a large mobile app
- You’re comfortable with the complexities of attribution growing a scaled app
- You have solid experience with cross platform marketing combining traditional performance marketing channels such as Google, Meta, AppLovin with CTV, referral programs and other less orthodox channels
- You have extensive experience in structuring growth teams, marketing material teams, as well as external agencies and optimizing their outcome
- You have considerable experience in UA processes and ROAS benchmarking
- You are used to negotiating deals and partnerships with advertising networks
- You are business savvy with an analytical mindset, and are comfortable with media mix modeling approaches and numbers crunching
