**Your contribution will be**
- Developing and supervising your own projects and campaigns and working closely with the team lead, colleagues in the campaign team and other departments (communications, marketing, etc.)
- Contributing to the advancement of animal welfare in Germany through expert and strategic campaign work
- Developing effective campaign strategies and coordinating the implementation of international and national campaigns in Germany
- Bringing the campaign topics to the streets
- Establishing contacts with relevant stakeholders from the media, politics, business and civil society

**Your profile ideally illustrates**
- You have relevant professional experience, ideally from the NGO environment or proven years of involvement in social movements and have independently organised campaigns or projects in this Educational background context
- You have strategic sensitivity and know which approaches can be used to implement profitable campaign work
- You are proficient in project management and ideally have some experience with online mobilisation
- You enjoy in-depth topic research and are familiar with various analysis methods and strategy development
- You are a persuasive communicator with a great understanding and sensitivity for different stakeholders
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
