**Responsibilities**:

- As a Working Student (M/F/d) you upload and manage content within our marketing infrastructure systems such as Digital Asset Management (DAM), Sales Enablement Apps, and our Website CMS, ensuring all materials are current and effectively organized.
- You perform data extractions from various systems, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics, for campaign targeting and analysis, contributing to the development of insightful marketing strategies.
- You also assist in maintaining up-to-date records of incoming marketing requests in the CRM, ensuring efficient tracking and follow-up communication with customers.
- Providing support with simple graphic design tasks and assisting in the creation and optimization of marketing materials to enhance campaign effectiveness are part of your tasks.
- You help organize and coordinate internal workshops and initiatives, such as planning meetings, fostering team collaboration and strategic alignment.
- As a Working Student (M/F/d) you participate in market research efforts to gather insights and trends.
- You will also support the creation of performance reports, analyzing key metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Your qualification
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- You have strong interest in the healthcare and MedTech industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Analytics, CMS, CRM technologies) are part of your qualifications.
- You have basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools.
- You have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- You have strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- You have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
