What to Expect

What You’ll Do
- Developing solid understanding of policy development at national levels of central Europe
- Improve analytical skills and learn how to perform research on policy frameworks in Central Europe
- Administer policy and compliance processes
- Improve ability in identifying, communicating and building relationships with relevant stakeholders at industry, policy and institutional levels
- Improve ability to deal with change, thriving in a fast-paced/high-intensity environment
- Deepen understanding of the EV ecosystem and how well-designed policies can support the transition to sustainable transportation

What You’ll Bring
- Studying or recent graduate in the field of Public Policy or similar
- Sound understanding of national and international economic and political landscape
- Time management, analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Relentless energy, and a strong drive for excellence
- Passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy and transport
