For the SolarEdge Recruitment team, we are looking for a top-notch technological Talent Acquisition Partner, who will be a part of a global team and will work on a variety of profiles.

**What will you be doing**:
- Full life-cycle recruiting: Managing an entire recruitment process end to end, from the position definition to onboarding.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and team dynamics.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in the recruitment field.
- Excellent German & English written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing an End to End process.
- High innovation and creativity skills in sourcing and recruitment.
- Proven experience in university activities.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)-experience with Comeet - a plus.
