The EU Regional Commercial team at Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people who work closely together with our entities in Europe to ensure each and every entity performs in their most efficient way. We assist the senior management and the local teams to make their operations run smoothly, roll out global tools as well as projects and make sure best practices are shared between entities.
**Your mission**
- Support the usage of users for EU market by handling internal requests that are Salesforce-based processes for the following topics: leads, vendor acquisition, vendor quality management, device logistics & stock management, vendor onboarding and vendor account management
- Manage day-to-day operational requests coming from users, prioritize and resolve or escalate them by collaborating with our Product and Tech teams
- Share best practice across our 9 markets
- Maintain existing processes & support adjustments by coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, Content, Logistics, Lead Management)
- Reconcile operational needs and technical capabilities, translate requirements into technical stories and refine the stories with the Product and Tech
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing & sign off for releases
- Support the implementation of KPI support, build reports and analyze data in order to implement internal strategy and decision making to support managers’ and local market user needs
- Occasional travel to some of our EU offices might be required
**Your heroic skills**:
- You have at least 2 - 3 years of practical and technical experience with Salesforce (other CRM tools a plus)
- You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize
- You are able to interact with senior level executives and deal with multiple stakeholders
- You have strong project management skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and JIRA and Confluence tools would be a plus
- You have strong presentation skills
- You have a strong taste for technology
- You have excellent analytical and communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- You are ambitious and hardworking
- Language skills: Fluent English is mandatory. Other European languages are an advantage.
- Experience with online delivery food or other marketplace vertical is desirable
