Our mission is to make the whole experience of trading trucks globally seamless, from finding a truck online to more efficiently and reliably being delivered with matching technology.

We are powered by KI group, investors, and partners in the industry with a proven track record of co-founding and running successful and impactful businesses worldwide.

The team is now growing and looking to fill some of the roles needed to tackle different business challenges.

We have a remote-friendly policy, so our team members are able to work from home but also leverage our cool office in Stuttgart (Marienplatz).

We are looking for an eager and excited Business Development intern who’s ready to dive into all sales aspects of a B2B marketplace startup. You will work directly with the founding team to collaborate on various business development projects and initiatives that will help drive us towards our company-wide goals. This is a great opportunity to gather hands-on experience in a fun startup environment, and have a direct impact on key deliverables. Our team is excited to bring on new interns to teach and develop over the next months.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Depending on your focus area, you will be responsible for a mix out of the following tasks**:

- Understand market specifics, building up market and business intelligence
- Build, maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships across Europe and Middle East & Africa (MEA) regions
- Execute all relevant steps from need identification, to lead qualification, product demo calls and finally lead conversion for key customers
- Support sales projects, create calculations, work out offers and conduct complex negotiations
- Drive support, retention and expansion of our partners
- Support new market entries by identifying each market regulations and potential
- Support the product and design team in the product development

**To ensure your success, you’ll need**:

- Strong sales ability and business acumen
- Some prior internship and/or work experience (ideally in business development)
- Beneficial if existing experience in the trucking/automotive/transportation industry and/or in B2B sales of marketplaces
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset & high analytical skills
- To be empathetic, being able to build and foster relationships
- Intercultural competencies and able to communicate with both corporate and field contacts
- Very organized, detail-oriented and self-driven (taking on full ownership of your tasks)
- Excellent communications skills and perfectly capable of writing and speaking English and French. Additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch or Arabic) is a plus.
- Ability to work outside your comfort zone in a fast pace environment and get things done
- Experience working with SaaS tools (e.g., CRMs, customer support) or ability to learn quickly
- To be willing to travel (Europe/MEA)
