Supply Chain Coordinator

If you are a result oriented person with strong customer experience skills with understanding of supply chain processes who are seeking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a growing company, we are looking for you The **Supply Chain Coordinator** will be responsible for providing support to the Supply Chain team in the areas of customer experience, administrative, pricing and purchasing, and 3PL communications for our External Brands operations.

**Reporting to the department lead you will be responsible for**:

- Liaising with our customer service provider to address customer queries related to supply chain concerns on a daily basis including delivery timelines, returns, damages, etc;
- Support in placing purchase orders, invoicing, and pricing tasks
- Engagement with international 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure strong communication between partners and our internal teams.
- Assisting in assessing inventory levels in our warehouses to ensure continuity of supply; assisting with internal audits including but not limited to month end stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Coordinating and handling administrative tasks as they relate to the above responsibilities (claims, specific requirements, product launches, etc.);
- Researching supply chain nuances and requirements in new markets to support the Inventory Analysts
- Continued development of product knowledge in relation to Beer, Wines and Spirits

**What you bring**:

- **Able to confidently communicate, both verbal and written in German and English, **Dutch language also considered a strong asset
- 1 year of Inventory, procurement/supply chain experience recommended
- 3+ years in customer service
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
- Analytical and technical skills, intermediate spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets preferred)
- Administrative experience will be considered as an asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks from various sources both inside and outside the organization
