Zur Verstärkung unseres Einkauf-Teams in Berlin-Lichtenberg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d).Job Description Stellenbeschreibung
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
  • Definition und Einführung von Soll-Prozessen in der Disposition
  • Überwachung und gewissenhafte Prüfung aller Vorgänge im Einkauf
  • Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Unterstützung der Kollegen im strategischen Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Versorgung des Endkunden durch unsere Lieferanten
Qualifikationen
  • Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Erfahrung in der Definition und Einführung von Soll-Prozessen in der Disposition
  • Affinität für EDV-Themen ist wünschenswert
  • Vorausschauende und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch in Stresssituationen stets den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch, Russischkenntnisse von Vorteil
