**Wir suchen für den Standort Selb eine**:
**Assistenz für das Senior Management (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Organisation des Sekretariats, Erledigung von Assistenz
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben für das Senior Management am Standort
- Unterstützung des Bereichs „Legal Services Europe“
- Professionelle interne und externe Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Erstellen und Auswerten von Analysen und Statistiken
- Mitwirken bei Projekten
- Verwalten und Pflegen von internen SharePoints sowie der Access Datenbank
- Termingestaltung und -planung
- Erstellen von Präsentationen
- Organisation von internen und externen Meetings und Veranstaltungen

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich vorzugsweise in einem globalen Konzernunternehmen und/oder Ausland
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, besonders in MS-Access
- Kommunikationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, effektives Zeitmanagement, belastbar und souveränes Auftreten
- Eigeninitiative und absolute Diskretion
