**The Team**- your impact

As a Working Student in our FinOps team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and engagement of a dynamic expert community.

**Your Role**- meaningful & rewarding
- Support with organizing events, workshops, and interactive sessions for the development and growth of the FinOps Expert Community
- Manage communication channels (e.g., Teams, Slack, or internal portals) to share updates, insights, and resources with the community
- Act as a point of contact for community members, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration
- Create engaging content like newsletters, blog posts, and infographics to share success stories, best practices, and key updates in FinOps
- Support strategic initiatives by collaborating with the FinOps team and assisting in measuring community engagement and effectiveness through metrics and reporting

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- ** Enrollment** in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong **written and verbal communication skills** in English (German is a plus)
- Creativity and a knack for creating engaging content for different channels
- Interest in technology, cloud services, or financial operations (prior knowledge of FinOps is a bonus but not required)
- Experience with communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Confluence) is advantageous
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
