**Deine Aufgaben**
- ** **Mitwirkung in unterschiedlichen unternehmens
- und auch abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten (z.B. Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations ). Beispielhafte Projekte: Launch eines neuen Marketingkanals, Entwicklung der Expansionsstrategie, Ausbau des Produktportfolios, Verbesserung der UX/UI, Implementierung von HR Prozessen, Optimierung abteilungsübergreifender Prozesse aller Art, Einführung von Tools
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Business Developern
- Erste selbstständige Projektverantwortung
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Erstellen von ad-hoc Analysen
**Requirements**:
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
- Zeit und Bereitschaft für ein Praktikum von mindestens 3 Monaten
- Erste Praktika im Bereich Consulting, Strategie, Projektmanagement, Prozessmanagement und/oder in einem Start-up
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, starke „hands-on“ Mentalität, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise. Du hast Freude an unternehmerischem Denken und verfügst über herausragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du stellst dich gerne komplexen digitalen Herausforderungen und arbeitest begeistert an der Entwicklung und Vermittlung von Lösungen
- Hohe Affinität zu E-Commerce und Begeisterung für Sport und gesunde Ernährung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
