**Your tasks: You make the difference with us.**
- You will take on the **disciplinary and functional leadership** of Product Owners and Product Managers (M/F/d) within our product development teams.
- Together with your teams, you will **formulate and harmonize product visions** and **strategies**, putting them into action.
- You ensure that product visions and strategies are aligned with the **company's goals and objectives**.
- As a driving force, you will **strengthen product management at Tchibo** and actively support the **transformation into a product-oriented organization**.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for **strategic alignment** with other departments to **prioritize roadmaps** for your teams when they require your assistance.
- You provide **strategic guidance** to your teams to **formulate team objectives and key results (OKRs)** on a quarterly basis.
- You help your team grow and thrive by following **product development scrum practices**.
- Together with your team of product owners, product managers, and UI/UX experts (M/F/d), you will drive **customer-centric product development** and **support evidence-based decision-making** through relevant product metrics (KPI tracking, user interviews, surveys, etc.).
- You embody an **entrepreneurial spirit** and **take economic responsibility** for your products alongside your teams.

- You have successfully completed your studies in **business informatics, business administration**, or a comparable field.
- Additionally, you have **several years of practical experience** as a manager (M/F/d) in **product management within an agile environment** and possess **in-depth knowledge of software development** for webshops, apps, and backend systems.
- Your **extensive experience** in both **product management and project management** as well as **several years of experience leading product management teams** stand out.
- You bring **practical experience in the e-commerce sector** and an **omnichannel** context.
- Moreover, you have an **agile mindset** and **experience with relevant methodologies** (e.g., SCRUM/Kanban).
- Your outstanding **communication and presentation skills**, alongside **very good written and spoken English**, enable you to engage with all stakeholders, including at the board level.
- You are always **seeking optimization potentials** and further development opportunities. In doing so, you **challenge existing processes** holistically and support your teams in advancing **data-driven product development** by leveraging data analysis, benchmarking, and customer insights.
