**The Role**
We are looking for the first Head of Customer Support to join our company. You will be a vital member of our team and you are in charge of making sure each customer has an amazing experience.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Providing our customers with the most excellent support experience
- Creating and review contents for our customers (newsletters, FAQ-s)
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback as well as possible trends in customer issues, in order to provide insights and suggestions on how to improve our product and processes.
- Building and managing our internal and external knowledge base
- Coordinating with various functions and providers along our supply and value chain
**You'll fit great with these skills and values**
- Native German speaker with excellent writing skills, and fluent in English - you will be creating content in both languages
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in an administrative or organizational role
- Prior experience in customer support and / or social media experience is an advantage
- You are interested in working in an early-stage startup, where many things are still hectic at times, and where you have the chance to indeed contribute and make a difference
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
- Advanced customer service skills: active listening, empathy, conflict resolution, problem solving, and professionalism
- Quick to learn and fast to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make accurate decisions with a sense of urgency
