**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead (M/F/x) to join our fast-paced food delivery start-up. In this role, you will be working closely with our Founders and VP Acquisition on building
up the online marketing team for scale. You and your team will be responsible for establishing a performance driven marketing to ensure constant revenue growth.

**Your Daily Business**:

- Establishing a performance driven, international marketing team to generate constant growth and revenue
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our overall goals and objectives
- Setting up KPI benchmarks and optimising budget against targets. You manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximising ROI
- You will be working closely with our Data & Analytics team to make the performance of your campaigns as insightful as possible
- You will explore and set up new paid digital media channels
- You own all digital awareness campaigns and will constantly improve and optimise performance
- You are working closely with Senior Management, Founders and other departments on cross-department projects

**Base Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in establishing new processes for scale and in creating growth plans
- Broad knowledge in digital media and online marketing
- You are driven by innovation, technical knowledge and analytics
- Experience with attribution modelling and tracking tools, Adjust is a plus
- You are keen to always stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation
