The division "Academic Services" is looking for the reinforcement of the team in the department Program Services at the next possible date for a **Partner Programs Coordinator (m-f-d)**: (Full-time 38,5 hours/week, limited for 24 months) **Job ID 22**-70**: The Partner Programs Coordinator will have a central role for study programs which will be implemented between Jacobs University and its strategic business partners. **Your responsibilities**: - Key Account Manager for strategic business partnerships - Student Experience Manager for partner’s students on campus and online. - Project Coordinator for the initiation of partner programs, in cooperation with other departments and committees. - Participate in the Quality Management of the partners programs, in cooperation with other departments and committees. **Your qualifications**: - Experience in developing e-learning and e-teaching solutions. - Experience in project management. - Experience in working at an institution of higher education would be appreciated. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks - Fluent in English, Russian would be appreciated. **We offer**: - Working on a modern campus - Flexible working hours - Choice of 4 dining halls on campus - Easy accessibility by public transport and plenty of parking on the premises - Various health and sports offer If you enjoy a dynamic international working environment and like to work in a highly motivated and friendly team, you are exactly right with us You can expect an open corporate culture with flat hierarchies as well as interesting and challenging tasks.
