Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team " Quality Management " in the north of Bremen as soon as possible in Full-Time as **Accreditation Coordinator (m/w/d)**:**Your responsibilities**: - **Coordination of the accreditation and reaccreditation processes and procedures, supporting the University and specifically leadership and faculty** - **Coordination of the accreditation and reaccreditation onsite visits involving external experts** - **Support and preparation of accreditation and reaccreditation reports and composing the expert panel for accreditation and reaccreditation** - **Support all Quality Assurance related documents focused on system accreditation and program accreditation** - **Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory accreditation requirements** - **Enhance a Quality culture within the University, emphasizing the importance of an internal quality assurance system for successful accreditation** - **Support all processes of the Quality Management department** - **Keep the webpages related to Quality Assurance and accreditation (internet and intranet) continuously updated and relevant** - **Provide regular support in the further development and implementation of Quality Assurance relevant processes, instruments, and methods** - **Provide consultancy and guidance in accreditation-related matters within the university every time this is required or advisable** - **Communication and networking with interfaces within and outside the university and participation in Quality Assurance and Accreditation conferences, workshops, and network meetings** **Your profile**: - **Successfully completed university degree** - **Experience in the accreditation of programs or institutions in the higher education sector** - **Experience in project management as well as in reporting and documentation** - **Experience with QM procedures and process management** - **Knowledge in quantitative methods, statistical collection, evaluation and analysis of data as well as in the use of visualization software, process description and IT-based process management** - **Demonstrated attention to detail and precision in work, ensuring accuracy and consistency** - **Business fluent in German and English** **What you can expect at Constructor University**: **As an international, private university of global standing, we are on a path of further growth and expansion of our product portfolio.
