**Head of Social Media (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Social-Media-Kommunikation - inhaltlich und strategisch, inklusive Ressourcen
- und Budgetplanung
- Du bist für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Teams von aktuell 6 Mitarbeiter*innen verantwortlich
- Du steuerst und unterstützt das redaktionelle Tagesgeschäfts auf den Social-Media-Kanälen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der aktuellen und künftigen Social-Media-Kanäle und des Community Managements
- Du begleitest inhaltliche und strategische Kommunikationsprojekte und setzt diese um
- Du übernimmst die Auswertung und Optimierung von Social-Media-Maßnahmen, auf Basis der Umsatz
- und Reichweitenziele mit entsprechenden KPIs

**Dein Profil**
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und erste Führungserfahrung auf Agentur
- oder Unternehmensseite mit
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bist Spezialist*in im Bereich Social-Media
- Kommunikation und hast diese bereits in der Vergangenheit strategisch und ergebnisorientiert weiterentwickelt
- Auf den relevanten Social-Media-Plattformen kennst du dich bestens aus und bedienst sicher Coworking
- und Monitoringtools
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und du bringst Erfahrungen im Redaktions
- und Projektmanagement mit
- Du hast Interesse an entwicklungspolitischen und gesellschaftlichen Themen sowie ein sehr gutes Gespür für aktuelle Trends
- Gestaltungsfreude und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst exzellente Deutsch
- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
