Adhering to strict ESG guidelines, our investments are designed to pave the way for a sustainable, prosperous future.Join us on this journey with the ECBF, where your efforts will directly contribute to a greener, more sustainable world. Your vision of your new job:Are you looking to leverage your creative and digital communication skills to shape the image of a purpose-driven venture capital fund?Then ECBF is your next destinationJoin us as Junior Marketing & Social Media Manager at the ECBF, where you'll take on a key role in building visibility and communicating our mission, achievements, and stories to the European startup and investment ecosystem. From day one, you'll work closely with the Head of Communications and support our team in these areas:    Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content CreationDesign and produce visuals for social media, newsletters, and websitesCollaborate with colleagues to ensure brand consistency.Content ManagementPlan, draft, and schedule posts for ECBF’s Social media profiles.Coordinate, create and write the monthly ECBF newsletter.Maintain and update our blog and news page in close cooperation with the Head of Communications.Support the editorial calendar and ensure content deadlines are met.Website MaintenanceKeep the ECBF website up to date with fresh and accurate content.Apply SEO best practices and ensure consistency across pages.Analytics & ReportingMonitor digital engagement and growth metrics.Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Collaboration & SupportAssist the Head of Communications in identifying content opportunities and success stories.Contribute to wider marketing initiatives, such as PR campaigns, events, and webinars.Why you´re a good fit for us:You have a Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.You bring first hands-on experience (internship, working student role, or up to 2 years full-time) in digital marketing or corporate communications.You are skilled in digital design tools, such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with content formats like videos, podcasts, or webinars is a plus.You are a strong communicator in English, both written and verbal; additional European languages are a bonus.You are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You enjoy working independently and as part of a team.You have a genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and the venture capital ecosystem.What you can expect from us:At ECBF, you are part of a highly motivated team with flat hierarchies.
